Job Description :
- Training room allocation, coordination with Trainers and Labs Engineers
- Training Logistics- Work with facilities team
- Coordination with internal stakeholders- Trainers, resource managers and sales team
- Follow-up for course material with trainers and share course material with customers
- Customer Communication- Confirmation mailers/Venue/Dates/ Logistics
- Generate training reports and share feedback ratings
- Salesforce and LMS administration
- Create student profiles on SFDC
- Create sessions and manage events on LMS o Add instructors and vendors o Process classroom and online course (iLS) enrollments
- Collect and Upload attendance, feedback forms
- Fast learner with good apt for multitasking, quickly learn and ramp-up on LMS and other systems
Qualification : Any Graduate
