Job Description:
- Develop and optimize existing HR reports to drive meaningful business results
- Develop and analyze surveys and metrics
- Summarize written findings.
- Interpret of workforce data in order to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends, as well as factors that could affect the results of research. Report results of statistical analyses in the form of graphs, charts, and tables etc.
- Manipulate and analyze large datasets using analytic features of multiple tools
- Identify statistical analysis techniques required to deliver insights
- Bring together data from different HR reports/ systems to create dynamic dashboards at a defined frequency
- Work closely with Recruiting, Training and People Engagement Team to support their analysis and data needs
- Leverage any free Analytics tools available and Excel to drive analytics and identification of key insights
- Build visualizations to communicate data and metrics.
Skills:
- Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Applications especially Advanced MS Excel and Power point
- Excellent communication skill & ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
