Job Description :
- The associate will report to a Process Supervisor in the back-office/middle-office service environment
- Understand, interpret, and implement the Standard Operating Procedures for the specific team/process
- Deliver on individual targets and contribute towards team metrics
- Work effectively in a team and collaborate with onshore & offshore teams
- Provide resolution to the status requests and queries from internal/external teams
- Seek to advance knowledge and improve skills leveraging various in-house Domain and Process training
- Flexible to work across rotating work shifts aligned to the supported business geographies
Eligibility:
- Final year graduates with 60% score in the last semester OR CGPA of 6 on a scale of 10 in the last semester
- No Active Backlogs
- Students with Indian citizenship only
- Students should be Keen on an operations desk job and should be open for rotational shifts
- Students should be willing to join in any location namely – Hyderabad
