Job Description:
- Medical Records Retrieval Specialist to help us process patient records.
- In this role, required to access EHR/EMR and retrieve medical records/medical charts as per mandate provided.
- You will also respond to release of information (ROI) requests, logging all requests, authorizations, and releases in our system.
- As part of this role, you will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve patients’ electronic health records (EHR / EMR)
- Rename, index and save retrieved MR/MC in designated system/folders as per Taxonomy .
- Follow all HIPAA regulations.
- Organize and file medical records appropriately.
- Ensure daily targets and quality are met.
- Seamlessly work with multi country teams
Requirements:
- Graduate ( Any major / Non-Technical)
- Basic computer skills
- Fair English Communication skills.
