- Support the development and enhancement of MIS reporting and analytics solutions for GMNS risk and compliance metricsÂ
- Assist in data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key risk indicatorsÂ
- Work with structured and unstructured data to support identification of potential risk areas and process gapsÂ
- Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviewÂ
- Support root cause analysis by gathering data and assisting in identifying key drivers of risk trendsÂ
- Assist in tracking risk and compliance metrics to support risk-based decision makingÂ
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing reporting and analytics initiativesÂ
- Contribute to automation and process improvement efforts for reporting workflows leveraging AI tools and advanced automation capabilities.Â
- Support documentation of processes, methodologies, and reporting frameworksÂ
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis and projects aligned to improving the control environmentÂ
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B. Tech / B.E.), BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science / Information technology.Â
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Â
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting conceptsÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data and reporting tasksÂ
- Excellent communication and collaboration skillsÂ
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentÂ
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar toolsÂ
- Understanding of risk management, compliance, or financial services conceptsÂ
- Exposure to data visualization or dashboarding toolsÂ
- Ability to work with large datasets and attention to detailÂ
