Job Description :
- People Soft – HRMS data management and support HR processes for North America regions
- Responding to inquiries accurately and timely regarding policies and programs including benefits, attendance, job transfer, payroll deductions, etc.
- Respond to document requests including termination agreements, employment verification/visa letters, and reporting requests from HR and Finance.
- Ensure the Service level are achieved at all times
- Innovative with a commitment to change and process improvement applying KAIZEN and LEAN methodologies
- Integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information and ensure data privacy at all times
- Track ,measure and report Service Level Commitment-SLC metrics at different intervals to ascertain the process performance health and identify improvement areas
- Build process maturity and provide value add to the customers through productivity and cost gains
Skills :
- Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with larger NA HRS team and Site HR at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced dynamic environment
- Agility to change in a fast growing environment
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Visio
- Application of Phone and email etiquette in customer interactions
- Knows when to escalate
- Ability to be receptive to the peer/general feedback
