Job Description:
- Provide floor support to DAs on clarifying their queries during execution
- Come up with creative ways to reduce ambiguity by identifying training needs, work instruction simplification, etc
- Provide floor support to DAs on clarifying their queries during execution
- Do RCA for all the duplicate and invalid clarifications – reduce ambiguity in work instructions by identifying training needs
Requirements:
- A graduate in any field of study. Quantitative fields such as science and engineering are preferred but not mandatory
- BE, BSc candidates, Btech, MCA, MSc, IT, ECE, Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc. are required
- Flexibility and interest in doing repetitive tasks is required
- A high level of energy and a proactive nature, a sense of ownership and drive, and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines are essential
- Freshers or candidates with 0 to 2 years of QA experience
- A graduate in any field of study. Quantitative fields such as science and engineering are preferred but not mandatory
