Job Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role in customer service for US customers, located in Bengaluru.
- The primary responsibilities of this role include handling inbound customer queries, resolving customer complaints, maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Additionally, US Customer Service Agents will collaborate with team members to meet or exceed client expectations.
Eligibility:
- Applicants must possess a high school diploma, a second-year pre-university certificate (2nd PUC), or a recognized three-year diploma from an accredited institution. Graduates from diverse academic backgrounds are welcome to submit their applications
- Proficiency in English, both in spoken and written form, of an exceptional calibre.
- Demonstrated capacity to adeptly navigate and concurrently manage multiple computer software applications.
- Aptitude for functioning effectively within a high-velocity operational milieu, providing customers with solutions that are both lucid and succinct.
- Flexibility in terms of availability, encompassing the capacity to work during shifts that may encompass evenings, night shifts and rotational shifts.
- Adaptability to a work environment structured around performance-oriented objectives and targets.
