Job Description:
- Work with offshore teams.
- Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships (should be a confident self-starter).
- Write test classes for the class that you develop and ensure more than 80% code coverage.
- Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements, then deploy them to production.
- Creating new or updating existing; Process builders, Workflow, Flows
- Balance team and individual responsibilities. Willing to go the extra mile to accomplish team goals, must be driven.
- Meets commitments, works independently, accepts accountability, handles change, sets personal standards, stays focused under pressure.
- Tackle problems and takes independent action, seeks out new responsibilities, acts on opportunities, generates new ideas, practices self-development.
- Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required.
Skills:
- 0-1 years of work experience as Salesforce Developer.
- Knowledge on Sales/Service/Marketing cloud is preferred
- Good understanding of OOPS and software architecture design patterns
- Hands-on experience in point and click features such as Workflows, Approval Process, Validation Rules, Data Migration, Data Loader
- Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions
- Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, setup Omni-Channel and reports
- Working knowledge of software development life cycle is a must.
- Experience in working in Agile methodology and is familiar with scrum events
- Good interpersonal communication skills with an ability to build relationships and work across multi-functional organizations
