📝 Job Description:
- Ideally, this is a 12-month program and it should start in July 2026.
- Work on systems or software engineering assignments within Systems department for design, development, verification and certification of aircraft/ helicopter systems
- Contribute to the system integration and V&V
- Contribute to automation/ improvement projects that assist in the design , development or testing of aircraft systems
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation for system requirements, design, and certification compliance
- Perform root cause analysis and provide resolutions for in-service events reported by customers
- Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills
Requirements:
- You are a Fresh Graduate (Technical Under Graduate or Post Graduate) in Aerospace/Avionics/Electronics & Communication/ Electrical/ Mechanical engineering
- Zero Work Experience: This program is exclusively for candidates with no prior full-time professional work experience. (Internships and academic projects are excluded from this and are welcome).
- Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship. You possess the following competences:
Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of radio communication or control systems or propulsion systems
- Basic knowledge of aerospace domain
- Proficiency with modelling tools like MATLAB Simulink, SCADE or similar
- Programming using C, C++ or Python
- Strong problem solving and logical thinking ability
- Proficiency with Google workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets etc.) is added advantage
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work within a team of multidisciplinary and multicultural individuals
- Proactive with willingness to learn and deliver
- Demonstrate sense of ownership
Language skills:
- English : Fluent (reading, writing & speaking)
- rench: Beginner/Intermediate (speaking) will be an added advantage
