Job Description :
- Ensure availability of all equipment for daily operations
- Compliance with the preset standards of equipment, upliftment requirements and keeping a check on a daily basis
- Maintain record of daily breakages
- Timely delivery of catering supplies and smooth operations of flights on a daily basis
- Constant check on caterer operations to ensure that all set procedures and standards are maintained and followed
- Handling meal sampling on a daily basis
- Ensuring that all meals provided on the flights are as per menu and as per specified gram ages
- Ensuring that equipment loaded on the flights is as per existing standards for efficient equipment exchange with other stations
- Ensuring all F&B carts for next day’s operations are ready at least 12 hrs in advance
- Verification for all issues/receipts from the catering store
- Ensure the meal and other items uplifted onboard are as per the specification
- Co-ordinating with various vendors for supply of Dry store items i.e Soft drinks, Juices, Paper products
Qualification : BE / BTech / Any Graduate
