Job Description:
- Skill: Customer support- (Voice Process -International Process)
- Education: Any Graduation /HSC Passed with 1 Year exp can apply
- Experience: 1 to 4 years
- Work Location: Mumbai, (Vikhroli-MDC2)
- Shift timings: Night Shift -(24*7) (Rotational week Off )
- Work Mode: Work from Office
Skills:
- Should have excellent Oral and written communication skills.
- You should be flexible to work in any shift.
- Provide high quality Tier 2 Customer Support service to Customers with complete focus on 100% issue resolution and 100% customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to Client defined as well as internally defined processes and procedures while handling Inbound calls.
