Job Description:
- Manage delivery for IT production systems and services.
- Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services.
- Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.
- Interaction with user via call or Email on the Asset operations.
- Preparing reports on Asset management.
- Support any project initiatives on assignment.
- Ensuring adherence to process guidelines.
- Retagging of existing resources from Shared to dedicated.
Skills:
- Basic skill in incident management for handling service tickets.
- Good technical knowledge of PC software and hardware.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Good email etiquette.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to establish a strong client relationship
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Good Communication skills written and verbal.
- Adaptable and flexible.
