Job Description:
- Process work visas – collecting complete documents for processing invite letters/work permits.
- Respond with a complete solution to visa queries (if needed with help of Analysts, Senior Analysts/Specialists) within SLA.
- Real-time update of visa trackers and ServiceNow with each step and weekly update on work permit status to applicants
- We are approving the vendor invoices and Validating the documents against the invoice image.
- Interacting with employees to validate the Website.
- Working on the report (Allocation – Pre-Initiation – ServiceNow report)
- Work with Travel/Visa agents to ensure timely submission and collection of applications and passports.
- Continuously improve systems knowledge and communications skills
- Perform any projects/activities assigned by the Team Lead / Manager
- Required to move into other teams such as operations when there is a requirement.
- Correspondence – Able to draft mails using proper business communication language,
- Aptitude for customer service
Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English in order to support customers from various countries and time zones
- Works well under pressure
- Willingness to experiment, improve and adapt to change
- Ability to identify what is imperative to act promptly, decisively and without delay.
- Intellectually curious and have a thirst for continuous learning.
