Job Description:
- We are hiring enthusiastic, career-oriented Freshers for an exciting Voice Process – Excel Support Associate role. This opportunity is ideal for graduates who possess excellent knowledge of MS Excel, strong analytical skills, and outstanding English communication skills. Candidates should be passionate about delivering quality customer service while handling data-related tasks and customer interactions effectively.
- The ideal candidate should be confident and possess strong problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management. Since this role combines customer interaction with data handling responsibilities, candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
General Guidelines:
- Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Participation is limited to the first 350 eligible candidates reporting between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
- Personal laptops, tablets, or other electronic devices are not permitted during the interview process.
- Candidates are advised to carry a mobile charger, as the assessment and interview process may continue throughout the day.
- We are specifically looking for fresh graduates with outstanding communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Applicants must have completed their Graduation or Postgraduation. Candidates currently pursuing any degree, certification, or educational program are not eligible.
- The role operates in a 24×7 work environment, primarily supporting customers across different geographies, including US customers. Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Candidates who can join immediately are highly encouraged to apply, as immediate availability will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively with customers in English.
- Create, update, maintain, and analyse reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Manage large datasets and ensure accuracy of information.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and support business operations through data analysis.
- Understand customer requirements and provide timely resolutions.
- Perform data validation, data reconciliation, and reporting activities.
- Accurately document customer interactions and system updates.
- Ensure adherence to quality parameters, processes, and service standards.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0-11 months of experience only. Candidates with more than 11 months of experience are not eligible.
- Any internship experience in Data Management, MIS Reporting, Customer Service, Operations, or BPO will be an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Filters, Sorting, Lookup Functions, and Data Validation is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate fluently in English.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy while handling data.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a fixed night shift between 08:00 PM and 06:00 AM and should be willing to work from the office as per business requirements.
