Job Description:
- Position: Product Support (Freshers)
- Location: Hyderabad
- Experience: 0-1 Year
- Qualification: Any Full-Time Graduate (15 years of formal education)
- Work Model: Full-Time | 100% Work from Office
- Shift: 24×7 Shift Rotation (US Shifts)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer and product support issues
- Troubleshoot applications and systems
- Resolve incidents and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
