Job description:
Genpact walk-in drive for Customer service: Voice roles on 6th June 2026 || Gurgaon
- Date: 6th June 2026
- Time: 11:30 AM – 2 PM
- Walk in Venue- 1401-G-India: GF, 2-4 , 22B, STPI, Gurgaon, udyog vihar sec 18
- Location: Gurgaon
- Experience: 0-2 years in voice process
- Shifts: Flexible with any shift
- Freshers are eligible
- Mandatory documents to carry: 2 Passport size photographs (One photograph to be pasted on resume), 2 copies of resume, Original Aadhar card
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and customers concern
- Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and advance product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
Requirements:
- Graduate (Any Discipline except Law)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
- You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
