Job Description:
- Job Role : Customer Service Executive Voice Process
- Working Days: 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs
- Shifts: Day Shift: For Females
- 247 Flexible Shifts: For Males
- Night Shift Allowance: Applicable
- Salary Package: 1.63 LPA 3.00 LPA (Salary depends on skills and work experience)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain call quality and follow process guidelines
- Document customer interactions as required
Skills:
- Education: Undergraduate / Graduate (Both eligible)
