Job Description:

The Summer Internship Programme at Reliance has been designed to draw the management students imagination and creativity, as well as their ability to analyse information, draw conclusions and present results.
- Effectively assess the problem statement/project statement, derive valuable insights through industry benchmarking or data provided internally and arrive at plausible recommendations/solutions
- Recommend and (or) oversee end to end execution of project, if possible
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of his/her project
- Develop mutually benefiting partnerships with internal/ external stakeholders by establishing trusting relationships
Education Requirement:
- Working knowledge of software applications for analysis and reporting like MS-Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Good analytical and research capabilities with an ability to challenge conventional thinking.
- The candidate should be in the first year of the MBA programme, pursuing Masters degree in Management from a premier B-School
- Should be open to work at a plant (manufacturing location)
- Approximately 0-3 years of experience in a corporate environment; the internship is open to candidates with no prior experience as well.

- Good written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- Proactive approach to meeting stakeholder needs.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
- Ability to identify and solve problems creatively
- Good in both individual and team work.
