Job Description:
- Excellent Communication Skills (Read, Written & Speak).
- Identifying potential talent sources through Social media, professional networks, and other efficient sourcing techniques.
- Building a robust candidate pipeline for the company’s present and future requirements.
- Evaluating and refreshing an organizations talent data and potential needs.
- Developing and executing successful strategies by working closely with the recruitment team.
- Conveying the measurable and qualitative impact of their contributions across the organization.
- Negotiating with chosen candidates to minimize the overall cost per hire.
- Examining current market trends and forecasting the future workforce needs of the organization.

Skills:
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources, or a related field.
