Job Description:
- HCLTECH Walk-in Drive – International Banking Voice Process 06th & 07th March 2026
- We are hiring Associates/ Analyst for our Inbound Calling Process (📞 No Sales, No Upselling, No Cross-Selling).
- Designation: Associate/ Analyst.
- Process: Inbound Calling
- Experience: 1-3 years in International Voice Process/ 3-5 yrs in International Voice Process.
- Education Eligibility: 12th Pass / Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client queries via voice & written communication, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions
- Handle inquiries related to products, services, data, and client accounts
- Manage multiple client queries efficiently using workflow tools
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
- Ensure client satisfaction with service excellence and a customer-first approach

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
