Job Description:
- Domain: ITES/BPO, KPO
- Designation: Process Executive Voice
- Educational Background: Minimum Graduate
- Shifts: Rotational/ Flexibility to work in night shift (24*7)
- Work location: HYD – permanent work from office.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to communicate with customers, with customer centric mindset
- Excellent documentation skills
- Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
- Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
