Job Description:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding shipments, delivery status, and order tracking.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as warehouse, transportation, and dispatch to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively notify customers about delays or changes.
- Assist in scheduling pickups, deliveries, and route adjustments according to customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with operations teams to implement improvements.
- Provide detailed information on logistics services, pricing, and policies.
- Handle claims and complaints, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to logistics operations.
Skills:
- Proven experience in customer support or service, preferably within logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
