Job description:
- Paytm is Hiring! Walk-in Drive for HR Helpdesk Executive (Noida)
- Are you a proactive HR professional who enjoys being the go-to person for employee queries?
- Paytm is looking for an HR Helpdesk Executive to join our team in Noida!
- Interview Dates: 29th January 2026
- Time: 11:00 AM 5:00 PM Location: Paytm, One Skymark, Tower-D, Sector 98, Noida Experience: 0.6 Months to 3 Years (HR Generalist role)
- Working Days: 6 Days a week
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for employees for all day-to-day HR queries.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire).
- Coordinate with stakeholders for timely query resolution (TAT).
- Handle HR operations, payroll coordination, and general support.
Skills:
- Sound knowledge of HR operations and generalist functions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Integrity in handling confidential information.
