Job Description:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.
- Source and screen resumes using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and job postings.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team and hiring leads to understand job requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
- Learn and apply best practices in modern recruitment tools and techniques.
Skills:
- Education: BBA/MBA from a recognized institution, either currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
- Year of Passing: 2025 or 2026
- Interest in recruitment and HR functions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus.
