Job Description:
- Tech Mahindra Noida is Hiring on immediate basis
- Mega Walk-In Drive || 5 days Working: 2 days rotational shifts and off’s || Customer Support Associate
- Noida Location: Work from office (Not Hybrid)
- Salary: up to 2.5 LPA(CTC) (Depending on interview, experience and skills)
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass, Graduates can also attend the interview
- Smooth interview process, Immediate joiners required.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with empathy and accuracy.
- Provide product/service information and support.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
