📝 Job Description:
- Job Title: O2C Associate / Sr Associate Order to Cash
- Note :- This opportunity is only for those candidates who are staying within Mumbai not for them who are staying out of Mumbai.
- Location: Permanent WFH (System will be provided)
- Experience: 0 to 3 Years
- Salary- 18k in hand
- Additional -upto 2750/- Incentives
- 5-days work week with Sat/Sun Fixed off
- Shifts – 5:30pm – 2:30am
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, invoices, and payments in ERP systems
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on collections
- Perform cash application and resolve billing discrepancies
- Support credit control and customer account reconciliation
- Collaborate with Sales, Billing & Collections teams
- Ensure compliance with SOX and audit standards
Skills:
- Graduates with 0-3 years of experience
- Strong numerical, analytical & communication skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting and MS Excel
- Willing to work in shifts
- Immediate joiners required Should be available to join us in the month of Nov Second week
- Excellent verbal & written English communication skills are must.
- Freshers and tenured can apply
Good to Have:
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, HPSM
- Understanding of O2C sub-processes
- Problem-solving and customer service mindset
