Job Description:
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in verbal and written English with a neutral accent, suitable for global communication.
- Strong grasp of English grammar, sentence structure, and vocabulary to ensure clarity and professionalism across all channels.
Channel Flexibility and Adaptability:
- Fully trained and able to seamlessly operate across email, chat, and voice support.

Customer Handling Skills:
- Demonstrated active listening, empathy, and a customer-first approach.
- Skilled in Customer support issue resolution and managing sensitive or complex customer scenarios.
