- We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Associate Software Engineers who have recently graduated and are eager to start their professional journey with Accuris.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and environments.
- This role requires a commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation in engineering workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and adapt to the technologies and programming languages used across Accuris products and applications, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Contribute to the design, coding, and development of solutions within defined timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to understand processes, adopt best practices, and ensure delivery of high-quality work.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and ownership of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Education & Academic Performance:
- B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields such as AI/ML) with minimum 60% aggregate.
- Class X and Class XII with at least 60% marks.
- Graduation year: 2022 or later.
Skills:
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, Java, or Angular.
- Exposure to AI/ML, Big Data, or Cloud technologies is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Quick learner with a growth mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 2 years with the organisation.
