Job Description:
- As a Customer Delight Associate, you’ll be part of a passionate team focused on turning complaints into compliments with speed, heart and thoughtful problem-solving.
- Engage with our customers across chats, emails and calls to resolve their queries
- Work in rotational shifts, as per the business requirements
- Work from office 5 days a week
Requirements:
- A customer-first mindset and is a natural problem solver
- 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
- Fluency in any regional language is a plus (but not mandatory)
