📝 Job Description:
- Support the operations team in day-to-day activities, which may include case analysis, document verification, and database management.
- Assist in conducting background verification checks for our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.
- Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:
- Decent Graduate with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is preferred.
Note:
- The Operations Intern role at Springworks provides a unique opportunity to work in different operational teams. While the specific team names are not mentioned, successful candidates will be assigned based on their skills, interests, and the team’s current needs. This role involves call-making and requires a minimum commitment of 9 months.
Shift Structure:
- 6-Day Workweek: This is a fast-paced, full-time internship where you’ll work six days a week.
- Night Shifts & Weekends: Occasionally, you may need to work night shifts or Sundays, with compensation for extra efforts.
- Overtime (OT): OT pay for Sunday or night shift work as per company policy.
- Work Hours: 8 hours per day, like a full-time job.
Shift Timings:
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
