Job Description:
- Network and System Management: Install, configure, and maintain systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance.
- Security: Implement and maintain network security measures, including threat prevention strategies to protect sensitive data.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Actively monitor systems for performance and availability. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Execute regular backups and participate in disaster recovery planning to safeguard critical data.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with the IT team to ensure system security compliance and document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Skills:
- CCNA Certified: You have a solid foundation in networking concepts and protocols.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- System and Network Knowledge: Familiarity with system administration, networking protocols, and security fundamentals.
- Security Awareness: Knowledge of threat prevention techniques and best practices to ensure a secure network environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex technical issues with innovative solutions.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently but also collaborate effectively with team members.
