Job Description:
- Designation: Customer Service Associate.
- Process: Banking Voice
- Work Location: Egmore, Chennai.
- Mode of work: Work from office.
- Working days: 6 days working and 1 rotational week off.
- Role: Permanent | On-Role.
- Only Immediate joiners (within 3-4 days).
- *Salary: INR 14000/- to INR 23000/- Take Home (Based on languages fluency and Interview performance).
Responsibilities:
- As a Customer Support Associate, will be assisting customers over the phone with faults and account queries.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Any degree (UG&PG) can apply Education and career gaps will be accepted with valid reason.
- 2025 Passed Outs can Apply Only if you have 1 to 5 or 1 to 7 Semester wise marksheets / Result Copies / course completion certificate.
- Backlogs – Not eligible.
- Languages required – “LOOKING FOR THREE LANGUAGES SPEAKING CANDIDATE” combination of (Hindi + Any 2 Mentioned languages).
- Hindi, English, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Oriya, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Marathi, Konkani, and Assamese.
