📝 Job Description:
- Monitoring and maintaining network devise, Laptop’s, desktop’s and work-stations of Ubuntu, Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- The installation, configuration and upgrade of new hardware and software in support of the company’s goals.
- Implementing pre-defined security protocols, patching and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Creating user accounts and performing access control on Windows Active Directory and Linux.
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
- Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
- Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
- Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
- Providing IT support from helpdesk.
