Job Description:
- Position: [International Voice Process – Technical Support ]
- Location: [Chennai, Ambit IT Park]
- Shift: Flexible in US shifts
- Experience: Min 1year of experience in Technical support(Mandatory)
- CTC: Max 5.5 LPA (varies)
Responsibilities:
- Candidate would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Ensure resolution provided in the first interaction with the customer
- Acquiring knowledge about the newly released products and recent updates.
Technical skills:
- Self-Motivated & Ability to Work Under Pressure
- Should have critical thought process and decision-making capability with focus on accuracy
- Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN, WAN Technologies
- Ability to sell/Upsell
