Responsibilities:

• Job designation- Customer Support Associate- Chat Process
• Job Responsibilities- To resolve customer issues over the Chat Process & provide resolutions to the customer over the Chat.
• Job Location -Noida
• Hiring model- 100% Work from Office

Eligibility criteria:

• Good communication skills required in ENGLISH & HINDI
• Undergraduate/Graduate ll Fresher/experience are eligible
• 6 days working with 1 Rotational week off
• 24*7 flexible shifts
• One side cab facility in odd hours Shift
• Immediate joiners required

Package and other Benefits:

Salary Package: 1.90 LPA to 3 LPA
