Job description:
- Process and review insurance applications and documents.
- Maintain and update client records in the database.
- Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments to ensure timely processing.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in audits and compliance checks.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in documentation.
- Support the creation of reports and analytics for management review.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during the night shift.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures is a plus.
- Willingness to work fixed night shifts.
