Job Description:
- Job Role: – Customer Experience Associate (International Voice process)
- Exp: – 0.3 months to 5 years
- Notice period: – Immediate to 15 days
- Openings :- + positions
- Walk in Date Daily walking
- Time 10 AM to 2 PM
- Shift Timings US Shifts (One way cab available)

Skills:
- Minimum 0.3 months to 10 + years of experience in Voice Process (Inbound or outbound calls)
- Education Qualification Min. Intermediate/ 12th/ PUC / Graduate
- Good English verbal and written skills required
- Preferred candidates with experience in the International BPO Industry
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Respond to customer’s issues on TAT
- Graduation Mandatory
- Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones)
