Job Description:
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude. Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or appropriate departments when necessary.
- Build rapport with customers to create a seamless customer experience across all your interactions.
- Provide information about products and services and guide customers through various processes.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to Sales target, response time, eNPS , resolution time, customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in company policies or procedures
- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives where applicable.
Eligibility:
- Any Undergraduate or Graduate with prior sales experience or freshers with good communication skills
- Previous experience in Sales chat or service Chat process would be preferred
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
- Adaptable to changes in processes and targets
- Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts 5 days a week.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
