Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering world-class service and support.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintain current knowledge of company products and services, as well as industry trends.
- Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and make recommendations to management.
- Assist customers with product setup and troubleshooting.
- Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
- Update customer records in the company database promptly and accurately.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction with their experience.
