Job Description:
- Job Title: Customer service / technical support (Voice support)
- Work Location: Hyderabad, India. Work from office.
- Shift Pattern: Rotational Shifts
- Salary Range : 3 LPA to 5 LPA
- Cab facilities: Both side
- Work experience: minimum 6 months and above
Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer calls with excellent communication skills in English.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Handle Customers quires related to telecom industry over the calls.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 6 months and above experience in an International BPO or similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
- Ability to work on International Voice Processes, including handling international clients.
- Strong understanding of Telecom Networking concepts and Telecommunication technologies.
- Experience of working in Voice processes or customer services or Telecoms industry (Mandatory)
