Job Description:
- Role: Associate/Sr. Associate
- Hiring For International Voice Process – Customer Support – BPO
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of the customers via calls
- Qualification: HSC / Diploma / UG & PG Arts and Science / UG & PG Engineering graduates can apply
- Should have excellent English communication with a decent accent
- Should know how to handle the customers and resolve their issues
- Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts – Afternoon / Night
- Two way cab will be provided for all shifts (pickup and drop)
- 5 days working 2 days off
- Work Location – Bahadurpally, Hyderabad
- Salary Range – CTC 3 LPA to 5.5 LPA
