Job Description:
- Reviews, tracks, and monitors documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Possesses analytical ability required to gather and interpret data.
- Researches and resolves routine client issues and problems; escalates issues as appropriate.
Requirements:
- performing data entry, typing speed of at least thirty (30) words per minute (WPM)
- Possess analytical ability
- Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- College courses in Business or Finance or equivalent experience.
