Job Description:
- Work closely with the key partner groups in supporting the marketing strategies and implement these within the Targeting & Eligibility process
- Prove a track record of high-quality delivery and driving process transformation
- Partner closely with the ECES US Consulting team to support the implementation of marketing strategies by understanding business requirements and creating technical solutions.
- Ensure that the design and build of technical solutions meets the defined business requirements.
- Deliver all the projects within the defined timelines and with complete accuracy.
- Responsible for creating/maintaining best practices on production processes to ensure future scalability, cross-training, and efficiencies.
- May undertake regular code reviews to ensure alignment with development, implementation, and performance standards.
- Adherence to all control and compliance requirements, support PRSA, Internal Audits
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Management / IT / Engineering (such as B.E/B.Tech)
- Marketing Operations / Marketing Technologies
- SQL (Must Needed)
- UNICA Tool (Must Needed)
- CMS (Preferred)
- VBA (Preferred)
- Office Skills – Excel, PowerPoint, Word (Must Needed)
- Python/QSpark/Hive (Must Needed)
