Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls from customers and providing them with exceptional customer service
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Timings: 11:00- 2:00 PM only
Requirement:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Require someone who can work flexible night shifts/rotational shifts.
- Min 0 to 9 months of experience is mandate.
- Immediate joiners are preferable.
- Must have completed 10+2 or graduation in any discipline.
Employment Type:
- Engagement of Graduate Apprentice (Under The Apprentices Act, 1961)
- DURATION: 12 months
- STIPEND: INR 29,000/- per month
- NIGHT SHIFT ALLOWANCE: INR 4,000/- per month (applicable for night shifts)
- BROADBAND REIMBURSEMENT: INR 1,100 per month
