Job Description:
- Executing and coordinating validation and testing related to SCS products
- Implementing and documenting effective processes to enable robust validation and testing of products
- Developing SW tools to support verification of safety-critical products
- Defining requirements and architecture for verification tools
- Developing source code to implement the tools
- Verifying the proper function of the tools
- Deriving test plans using requirements management tools and analyzing requirements/specifications
- Designing and executing tests using manual and automated methods and testing tools for both software and hardware aspects of the products
- Establishing test cases’ traceability to requirements and specifications
- Developing test specifications, test reports, test metrics and validation protocols for integration and performance testing
- Documenting, tracking, and validating reported issues through to resolution
Requirements:
- Btech/BE/ME/Mtech from any discipline. Preferred from Geomatics engineering
- Post-secondary degree in a technical field, preferably in Computer Science, Electrical, Computer, Software, or Geomatics Engineering
- College fresher, with internships with reputed organizations
- Comfortable writing code in Python and C/C++
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to communicate through teleconferencing and remote technologies
Preferred:
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Experience with safety-critical standards or industry standard process models such as ISO 26262, IEC 61508, ASPICE
- An understanding of real-time operating systems and embedded firmware development
- Experience with HIL/SIL test environments
- Experience with test automation
- Familiarity with JIRA, Polarion
- Knowledge of GNSS and/or INS technology and algorithms
