Job Description:
- Customer support – voice Process.
- Taking calls over the phone, which involves working in different time zones.
- Handling customer calls and initiating the right responses to them, positively and professionally.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
Requirements:
- Excellent English – both verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Good technical knowledge.
- Must have done Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Freshers and Experienced both are eligible.
- Rotational Shift / Flexible to work in Night shifts.
