Job Description :
- Carrying out DynAMo deployment in Assets.
- Be accountable for updating & reviewing the healthiness of the Master Alarm Database.
- Be accountable to provide guidance to Asset Engineers in Alarm Management Philosophy.
- To facilitate Initial SetUp (ISU) sessions & develop Asset Alarm Improvement Plan.
- Be accountable for implementation of rationalized alarms.
- Assist assets in reviewing alarm limits & provide guidance as required.
- To be accountable for carrying out audits of control system alarms against the master alarm database for GAP analysis.
- Network with counterparts and other levels of the organization across the different operating units, and data centres and develop external networks outside of TAO and Shell.
- Supporting team members in projects to enhance their technical knowledge
- Shift work following operating hours of the upstream production sites. Resilient under pressure and able to work with people from different cultures and working styles.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience with Alarm Rationalization is desired.
- Experience in Honeywell DynAMo ACM manager is preferable.
- Experience in Honeywell/Yokogawa/Emerson control systems is required.
- A sound understanding of ISA 18.2 & IEC 62682 is preferred.
- Experience in Oil & Gas / Chemicals Sector is required.
- Experience in HMI/Loop design in preferred.
- Knowledge of APC (Advances Process Control) is preferable.
- Experience or Knowledge of the Universal Tag Locator (UTL) application is preferable.
- A sound understanding of SIF/SIL is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task miscellaneous projects.
