Job Description:
- Job Title: International Chat Process(Technical Support)
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Office-based)
- Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be flexible to work from the office.
- Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company’s requirements.
- Age Criteria: 18 years to 35 years.
- Salary: 15,000 (take-home after deductions)
- DOJ – 16th July 2026
Skills:
- Strong Written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
- Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24×7).
