Job Description:
- We are hiring for the International Voice Process at [24]7.ai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls and other electronic communications.
- Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
- Students pursuing regular college education are not eligible.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be flexible to work from the office.
- Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company’s requirements.
- 18 years to 35 years.
- Intermediate (10+2)/Diploma (10+3)
- 0-3 years
Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills
- Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions
- Ability to convert inbound calls into sales by understanding customer needs and suggesting suitable products/services
- Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24×7)
